2021 UGA Football: Semifinals
UGA Instant Analysis Bowl Week: W @ Michigan; 13-1 Playing 15 games in one season is a great year no matter what happens next week. Congratulations to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs. Let’s go finish this season and get the 40 year old monkey out of Athens. I will address the elephant in the room first. Stetson played good — not great. He had two really good throws, the long one to Cook and the TD to Cook. His throw to Burton was good, too. He had two good scrambles as well. He also made some really poor throws, and a few poor decisions. What hurt to watch the most was the end of the first half and his time management. Coach Monken and probably Smart should have taken control more, but his leadership was poor in that moment. Through it all, I maintain the belief Stetson is capable of beating Alabama. I have concerns and expressed them all year, but he is not the reason Georgia lost the SECCG. The biggest negative of the night is Georgia’s third quarter. What an awful performance
